I reside in Parow valley, no 80 Riley street, Cape Town, 7500. My telephone number 0219314743. We have had for the past four weeks a faulty line. Upon contacting the call center, we were given a reference number, but when we did a follow-up as it was taking long we were told that it could take up to a month to sort it out.
Why would it take a month as if we were applying for a land line to be installed?

We have recently purchased a line hunting facility from your local Telkom supplies just to have numerous complaints.1.) The hunting line is been billed for since installation in around Oct/Nov 2012, but we haven't had the use of both lines since it was installed.2.) We logged calls to sort out the 039 315 0164 line as it crackles so bad you can not here a word on the other side.
