I have made a ride on20. 11. 16at 3. 24amthe bill amount was 219, but driver force me to pay the parking charge Rs. 50 from howrrah stn. Where car was before my booking. I think this charge of Rs. 50 is not as per norms, so the amount must be refund to me.
On 17th of Nov I tried booking Uber cab and the mode of payment I selected was Paytm. The estimated fare of my trip shown by the Uber app was 200rs and my paytm wallet showed a balance of 0rs. So I added 200rs. To my Paytm wallet. Money was added into my wallet as it showed the balance of rupees. 200 after I added the money to it. Also the amount had been debited from my bank account. All of a sudden 200rs got deducted from the patym wallet and the booking got cancelled as it said that there was no balance in my patym wallet. It charged me for the ride which I had not taken. I am highly disappointed with Uber as it deducted the amount from my paytm wallet without any ride been taken. This is the second time this has been done by Uber. The customer care number Given in their website doesn't exist. What kind of service do you guys provide? Kindly credit back the amount to my account.

I'm trying to use the Uber APP, but hAd trouble remembering the email Ad dress I hAd used to register. I asked Uber for help and if they can provide that email Ad dress. They said it is against their policy to disclose such info as I might be an imposter. It may be noted that the mobile number is the exact same, which is my mobile number so the question of me posing as an imposter fro myself is negated. Secondly, When I asked about when my account will be reactivated they did not respond back. Please help I need to use the Uber App. For such a common reason of forgetting the email Ad dress/ password, you cannot tell the person that the account will not be reactivated as I was told that it could be a possibility.

This is to inform you that I booked a Uber Cab today (3rd November 2016) from New Delhi Railway Station to Gurgaon, but as driver was unable to reach me the trip was cancelled by me. For this 80Rs was charged to me, but on providing the valid reason I got a notification in my app that 80Rs will be adjusted in the next trip. I already booked another cab from New Delhi Railway Station to Gurgaon and the total charge for this trip was 211Rs. I paid 211Rs to the cab driver and saw this 80Rs adjustment message on reaching my home. Because of this I paid 211Rs to cab driver without making the adjustment of 80Rs. Ideally the total amount of 131Rs should have been paid by me. I can not see any 80Rs credit balance under Payment option in the app as it notified to me through message. This morning ride with Uber, i was charged rupees 817/ which is ridiculous. The distance is 24 Km, but it shows as 37 in your receipt which is wrong. Also it shows surge pricing at 7. 40 am in the morning. Please refund exceess charged. Usual billing for this distance is rupees 272, so please refund the excess immediately. Regards

This is ridiculous - I booked an Uber pool cab from HSR layout to Electronic City Phase two at 2:09 PM today (Driver was Mahaboob basha) I booked the cab and on my mobile the cab was showing a few meters away from my pick up point. I kept on calling him several times on his number, he did not pick up the call anytime. Instead in my report it is mentioned That I missed the cab pool
after few minutes I saw that he cancelled the trip this is not the first time many times its been noticed that driver tells us the commuters to cancel the trip and we have to pay the cancellation fee. I booked the Uber cab from CV Raman Nagar to KIA Bangalore on 12/08/2016 at 0915Hrs. The fare came to rupees 662. I paid Rs1000 to driver. After few minutes he told he do not have change. So I gave him Rs200 more to make a round payment of Rs700. He took Rs1200 and went off. Hi, I am a daily user of Uber and had worse experience in last two rides. On 5th day of June, 2016, i was travelling from ASF centre Gurgaon to Sec 23 Gurgaon through Uber pool. My total fare as shown was Rs. 50, but i was asked to pay Rs. 130 which included 80rs cancellation charge, but my cab was cancelled because i was unable to connect to the driver which was not my fault. I had booked Uber on wednesday evening, while returning home with my colleague. He refused to take the route which we usually take so that my colleague can get down at his home. He asked us to leave the car after driving for five minutes. Since i had used office internet to book cab, i was left without any access to book another cab, and had to wait for an hour to book another one. I was also charged 90 rupees. For the trip plus i had to go through harassment of standing on road for an hour to book another cab plus the driver was really rude to us. It is totally inappropriate of him to ask us to leave the car. This was completely non expected. I would like to ask for refund, and take action on the driver so that he doesn't repeat the same with any other customer.

I had taken a shared ride from HSR Layout to Kasavanahalli yesterday evening. The bill came to rupees 72. 59. I tried to make the payment through my credit card number Ending 2020, but could not get the transaction through. Then I clicked the cash payment option and paid the driver in cash. But today when I tried to book another ride the app is showing the amount due and reminds for payment. I am also not able to use the app for any other step other than make payment. As I have already paid the driver in cash I presume, the fact has not been reported to the company by him. As the amount is small if Uber insists, I shall make payment again. Some other person booked a Uber cab for me at 8:15am. I had to reach office at 9AM. I called up the driver and he said he is at my place and would reach my pick up point in 5mins. I waited for 10mins. I again called and he said he has just started. I waited there for 50mins and tried his number ten times, but received no response. Then disappointed at 8"50am I had to book Ola cab which came on time. After I got the cab the Uber driver called me and I was not able to pick the call. When I tried calling back he disconnected the call. On the top of that the person who referred got a message that as he has cancelled the call rupees 80 has been credited to his account. This is really not justified. Uber is not at all user friendly. I would never recommend anyone to use Uber.

The Uber had charged us Rs. 615/- from Thane Ghodbunder to Dahisar Tharkur mall where as it is hardly 17. eight kms and the fare sholud be Rs. 300/- maxium. When i asked driver to call the costumer care number he stated me that the call center number is switched off. And also in the receipt it is showing 48 kms; where as earlier i mentioned the actual kms from TGhodbunder to Dahisar where i git down is 18 km aprrox. Name of the driver Mr. Nitin. On 6th May i booked a Uber, spoke to the driver for the location after 15 minutes he said that he was 3-4 kms far from the location and that he would be starting the meter from there. Hi Uber, I had a very good experience with Uber team till now. But for the trip which i took recently to electronic city from Thalagatpura and has charged Rs. 294. Actually i have used Uber ride to same place from Yelachinahalli, Kanakpura road earlier which charged about Rs. 212 and this got more distance from the latest ride as i boarded at home. But for the latest ride, i already traveled half of the distance still it got charged more which is not acceptable. Kindly request you to refund back the amount as its not fare enough. I availed the Uber pool ride service on 8/3/16 from Koramangala to Vasath Nagar. At the time of booking the fare reflected was rupees 122(as per the attachment). But in the driver's mobile it was rupees 168 at the end of the trip.
