On October 19, 2016, I decided to switch my telephone, internet and TV service from Liberty to Claro. Order 458234. The people from Dish were here two days after the order. As of today I do not have telephone and internet service from Claro. One month after I still trying to get my service. I know there is some problem with the location of the box outside, but one month is time enough to solve a simple situation like this. I need a reaction from Claro ASAP. I'm waiting to know what is going to happen to decide if I should stay with Liberty or if it worth waiting some more. Thanks.

My company is experiencing a re-occurring problem. Our service is down and we are again having problems reporting the problem to Claro-PRT. We finally opened trouble tickets in the April-May time frame. The ticket numbers were 2015042200042 and 2015042200043. II have tried to contact my sister who is very sick I Puerto rRico. I live in Schaumburg Illinois. When I call from here I cannot contact at her house. Telephone number because Claro wants an access code, which I do not know. I called Claro customer service to no avail. I feel this is not right. My sisters phone number is1-787-858-3369. I spoke to a gentleman and he said he could not help me. I then asked for the name, address or phone number of the CEO of Claro an was told it was confidential and could not be given to me. Any time a customer has a complaint and requires the phone number or address of the CEO of that company it should not be a secret. The number 787-794-2258 has been out of order for over seven months . My father is 90 yrs old and lives alone. I have been reporting this problem for that same amount if time from New York . The phone rings, but there is no connection no sound - call does not go through. It is imperative that immediate attention be given to this request .
