We had booked tickets of china eastern for our journey on 22 October 2016 from Busan korea to Delhi via shanghai. At busan airport Airline staff told us that flight no MU9830 is cancelled due to bad weather at shanghai. Airline forced us to reschedule our journey to 24 October They also told us that on 23 October there is no vacant seats in MU563 connecting flight for shanghai to Delhi so we can only leave on 24 October We have been forced to stay back in korea for two days on our own expense. This is very unethical by airline. Further airline has also not provided any cancellation receipt to us as we are on a official visit to korea on visa. China eastern is requested to issue cancellation receipt to us for our official purpose. Regards
